From the beginning, Perfect Fit has been led by people who know the trade — and are driven to raise the bar.

We began as a small, skilled crew with high expectations and even higher standards. Co-founders Geoff Beckett (President) and Scott Douglas (Field Operations) started Perfect Fit because it was the only way to deliver work that met the standards they believed were right. From day one, the focus has been on quality — not just in the systems we build, but in the people we train, mentor, and lead.

Over time, we’ve grown through more than just hiring — we’ve brought together some of the region’s best plumbing companies, including Blue Moon Plumbing & Heating, McCrae’s Plumbing, and Plumbing & Drain Rescue. These partnerships strengthened our team and operations — especially in the Fraser Valley, where the Blue Moon name has long stood for quality service and reliability.

We’ve worked hard to honour those legacies while building something new: a unified company, powered by shared values, deep trade knowledge, and a relentless commitment to doing it right.

Today, Perfect Fit is led by a team that combines hands-on expertise with operational depth — including CFO Alex Wardle and Engineering Associate Evelyn Beckett. We’re proud of the company we’ve built, the high-performing team that powers it, and the long-term partners we work alongside. But we’re not done. We’re always refining, always striving.

Now, more than a decade in, 2026 marks a turning point: the launch of our refined brand — a reflection of everything we’ve been building behind the scenes. It’s a commitment to clarity, consistency, and doing business the right way, with the right people.
